Your tasks will be:
- On-premise installation of the Itiner product family and its related components for our clients and partners, as well as the support and execute of version upgrades
 - Administration of the processes mentioned above
 - Verbal and email communication with IT professionals of client's and partners'
 - Log analysis and isnpection: interpretation of error messages and logs, provide help for the clients
 - Technical support helpdesk: server, SQL, web, IIS, etc. settings, support of error handling
 - Hosting and maintenance of the Itiner produict family internally
 - Support of the reqular maintenance and review of the products' installation guides (documentations)
 - Operation of the company's IT infrastucture
 
We are looking for your application if you posess the following skills and experience:
- 5 year relevant experience (at least)
 - Fluent active English and Hungarian language skills, both spoken and written
 - High level of precision and patience
 - Independent task performace and project approach
 - Thorough knowledge of Microsoft products (Office, SQL), as well as IIS and Windows operating system
 
You have an advantage if you:
- MS 20764 - Administering a SQL Database infrastructure
 - Completed at least one Microsoft certified exam among the following:
- MS 20762 - Developing a SQL Database infrastructure
 - AZ-104T00 - Microsoft Azure Administrator
 
 - Have relevant experience using MS Power Platform, Linux, Azure
